my art journaling basket

My word for this year is simplicity or simple so i've been doing a lot of organizing and figuring out which things i love most. I decided to put all of my favorite journaling materials into one basket, so here it is with everything in it....

the basket on the left holds my glue, washi tape, scissors, decorative border scissors and pens and markers. The box on the left holds all my little journaling bits and a couple of stamps...

a closer look at the journaling bits, a small tin for tiny pieces, a vellum envelope with cutout roses and little pictures cut from magazines that i want to use in my journal.

Underneath those two containers I have scrapbook paper alphabet stickers vellum envelopes...

larger magazine clippings, pink notecards little project life cards...

a tin of alphabet stamps more tape and more ephemera that i love. I'm really happy having it all in one place, in a basket that is easy to carry and put anywhere, so hopefully this will inspire me to do some new journaling pages, because i haven't been really inspired lately and i need a little boost.

  5. I love your basket of goodies. My 'art stuff' is in a box in the bottom of my wardobe. I need to make a big basket and then I will paint and decoupage it to fill with my art things.
